As a old lady my daughter spent a long time showing me how to use this I found it very hard at first but now I like playing with it I have just started with dementia and find it keeps me occupied thank you
The app is quick
Great App. Very clear and helpful information from when you open the app to closing. Always kept abreast of what’s new, how to manage your account and keep your money working and safe. Importantly this is backed up by great over the counter customer support- and yes, I am a customer not an employee - great bank, great service!!😀
My Australian numbers +61 is registered with Halifax, but the app doesn’t connect an app based call through ‘call us’ in all feature... so I am unable to update my non-UK address. Absolute nightmare as I obviously can’t go into a branch being on the other side of the world! Seems a glitch with connecting my non-UK number, even though Halifax has my correct Australian number registered! Also the staff when I call them via the telephone number can’t do anything for me as they said it has to be a call through the app, due to security levels! Absolute joke really. Shouldn’t be this hard to update my address, just because it is a non-UK address!!
Not fun from abroad - app not working, phones never answered - not a happy customer!
Does everything very well and quick
Great after years of waiting I can now use this banking app when outside the UK. Worked first time. One small criticism is the keyboard for logging on only displays characters as upper case.
