Its helping me a lot! Definitely one of my most useful apps that I have ver downloaded! If you struggle with self harm, this app is perfect! You get to customize the app colors, you can keep track on how long you have been clean, has meditation programs, breathing exercises, phone number you can call and other exercises and programs to help you. You can write in a journal to help if there’s no one to speak to you can write all the those things down in the journal. And you have streaks! Like a journal streak and others. And you can also rate your day like, “how difficult was today” or “did you have any urges today”. Very very helpful

Helped me a lot.

I’m 13 and have been dealing with self harm since 9. This helped me out a lot, for when I got urges. I like to keep streaks and set goals, and challenges so I really love this. I also find it difficult falling asleep at night, and often find myself first falling asleep at 1-4 am, also on school days where I normally wake up at 5, sometimes I get no sleep at all. These breathing exercises and medications also help me get tired, so this app really deserves sum.<33

Hi! Im an 12 year old, and since i was 10 i have been struggling with self harm, i just downloaded this app, and im so thankful for you to make it. But, its kinda annoying that so many of the things is premium, because i cant afford premium.

I’ve been SH for maybe 1 year now, and I finally got this app. For the first time, I feel good. This app helped a lot, especially when I was having breakdowns. They offered me ways to cope instead of SH and helped me breathe and realise that SH won’t get you anywhere. Good app.

I’m 12 years old and this app is actually helping me a lot!! It helps me calm down when I’m stressed, it can even have a password! Even if you don’t do sh but you just have a hard time, this app might help! God I wish I’d found this app when I was younger-

It have helped me a lot already. It has its own little journal to write about your day. It have an urge button to help you if your too close and feel like you can’t resist. And it gives you something you want to fight for and look forward too. Honestly this is really great. If you ask me you could easily get this app.

I love how this app, doesn’t only focus on how many days you are selfharm free, but also how you are doing and feeling. I also like that when you relapse, they don’t focus on the fact that you relapsed, but again on how you are doing, and they make sure that you know that it is okay to relapse. Personally I have never had the motivation to write a diary or journal, but I actually like their journal feature, where you can write a bit about your day. All in all, a lovely app!
