Harrods

I’ve ordered and they didn’t send anything and after one week they said sorry out of stock and refunded the money. Then I ordered again when restocked on 2/July and waited 19 days without even shipping it or answering my emails and roughly they answered on Instagram when I wrote on the comments of their post without giving reasons for delay only apologizing and suddenly today received a refund without explanation! The product is in stock but they didn’t want to ship it. Then why having and online shop? Also their Instagram comments full of complaints like mine. Never buying again it’s a very sickening experience.

The app has great features and it is pretty straightforward. You can visualise your points and cash balance immediately, and your benefits. You can do your shopping easily by applying the super-effective filters and know everything about Harrods. It's a beautiful means to have access to this sublime store. I do recommend everyone to download it.

I can’t seem to access my Harrods account. It takes my credentials and then doesn’t do anything. Very frustrating
