I love Harrods! Yet their app is so awful it pushes me away from shopping with them. With a very poor search function (often not finding something I know exists and is on their website) to photos disappearing and a huge lag despite my iOS and the app version being up to date, it really is surprising bad. Please fix it! I don’t want to shop at Harvey Nichols but at least their app is usable
Terrible app keeps crashing!
Can somebody sort this app out please? Impossible to shop on it , it crashes all the time and it freezes , layout also is wonky and not responsive?? Who would guess its luxury shop’s app?!! Feels like a crash

The new update
The new update is very bad, I can't move from one page to another, it's very slow, in addition to the disappearance of my favorites list, please fix these glitches
App never works properly
Love Harrods but please sort the app out, it’s now so hard to actually buy anything 😢
What have you done to the app
Used to work fine now gets stuck freezes and/or crashes.
Glitches and frustrating!
Doesn’t load seamlessly. Mostly Non responsive when you are filtering or selecting items / menus. Work on it! It’s frustrating shipping on the app!
App doesn’t work
Constantly logging you off, your wishlist disappears and even the website does t work.
Favourites list
Would be good to understand what happened with the favourites list and it’s disappeared following the last app upgrade both from the app and website apparently...
No use whatsoever
The order updates no longer work. I checked instore that an item was available, ordered via the app and it was cancelled straight away as 'out of stock' I've had no update on the remaining items in my order, due yesterday. The shopfloor staff are excellent, Customer Service and this app - not so much.
