Awful, awful service …
‘Offers’ to see seat map, waiting list, upgrade list, seat choice etc, etc; you click to see: Seat map - impossible See if you can pay for an upgrade - impossible Waiting list (not needed but…) - impossible See where you and your husband are seated in the same booking while travelling together - 10 rows apart... Who does that?? It could only be worse if it had not allowed for acceptance of assigned seats….
