Useless
I have loaded this app twice on my phone but it still won’t work. It won’t load my flight or itinerary and to date has been utterly useless.

When checking in only one of our family members had a listed seat and we couldn‘t choose the seats at check in.
App is diabolical
Even when you are a Hawaiian member the app doesn’t recognise the trips you have booked. If you don’t remember your confirmation number you are in a world of pain. Please Hawaii airlines I plead you to fix your app!!
Useless for non-USA customers
I had hoped to pay for baggage on line through the app but the app is provincial US-Centric and will not accept a non-US address for a credit card.
Can only use US credit cards
I am in a USA trip from Australia. Checking in on the app for a flight I struggled to pay for checked baggage because it wouldn’t let me choose a country my card is from. It only let me choose from the list of US states. AA, United and Delta all allowed me to pay because they let me choose which country I am from. Other than that the app was good.
Does not work
This is the worst airline app I have used and I’ve used many without any troubles. Does not even allow me to log in, I’m required to log in through the website. On par with the rest of my experience with Hawaiian Airlines really. Once they have your money they don’t seem to care about service after that.
New update broken
Since today’s update, the app doesn’t work “Failed to initialize services” ... now useless although we can’t travel anyway. Please fix.
Wow ummm
You can’t even book a flight on the app you gotta book on the main website & with virgin Australia codeshare fights when a flight is cancelled or delayed it says “scheduled “ it doesn’t say cancelled or delayed
Horrible airline - do not fly
Had multiple horrific experiences on this awful airline not to mention HNL is a really bad airport. Plus they do nothing to help out.
Not good
The app doesn’t save trips anymore. I have to find the booking reference every time and go through the whole logging on process
