This app has changed my way if breathing and greatly helped in relaxation of mind. Users of this app need to understand the instructions first and follow it to reap the full benefits. The developers can present give a bit more clear picture how the air is inhaled & exhaled, how the upper abdomen reacts while inhaling & exhaling to make the users understand clear.
