Health through breath-pranayama
I bought this app. The money has gone from my account and it won’t open. Keeps disappearing when I try to open it. Please help.

When using the retain hold function the app crashes and closes. Used to work fine appears to be a new bug. Unable to contact developer via website chat system being closed so writing it here.
I’ve had this app nearly 8 years and have found it to be excellent for improving both mind and body. Thought it deserved more positive reviews. I bought it first for something to help me with depression. The idea being that if I could control my breathing I could control my anxiety. It worked for me over a period of 6 months as I weaned myself off antidepressants. Probably would have been better not being on them in the first place...but this app was very helpful alongside other things I did to get well. Good breathing is necessary for any sport and even walking up the stairs! Doing these breathing exercises with good posture is also good for your posture. I also feel that good breathing is good for mental clarity. I did email the developer asking about adding other breathing techniques that form part of pranayama philosophy but they felt that trying to teach those via an app was too hard and risky. In hindsight I’d agree with them. The benefits from just these basic techniques are pretty good.
I have really enjoyed this and it has helped me. Thank you for creating this. Would be good if there was more breathing exercises but I would still recommend
Helps me follow a routine. One of the most practical and useful apps in my collection. Neat layout and intuitive customisation options. Beneficial for so many on great many levels 🙏
Now the crashing seems to be fixed, this is a very useful meditation app which offers a variety of breathing patterns for the user to follow depending on their level.
Love this little programme. However it is inflexible and needs ability to set each section, (in, hold, out, hold,) to own length. I was taught in and out the same length, (8,4,8,4) so I found this a little hard to adjust to. I can see reasoning as to sound good Aum/Om you need longer out breath.
Custom section still does not work despite updating!
This app has helped so much with my anxiety, I really couldn't have coped without it during panic attacks. Thank you so much.
The current update has made the custom patterns stop working. No matter what durations you set, the timings are equal for inhale and exhale. Please fix ASAP.
