A great App which allows you to relax, unwind, de stress and touch presence. You can meditate for 5 to 25 minutes, so extremely accommodating for all lifestyles. Caitlins voice is soothing and welcoming, her visualisations and mantra techniques superb! Highly recommend!

Caitlin speaks such inspiring, heart opening and down-to-earth truth within each of her meditations. Each time I listen, I am left with an overwhelmingly feeling of clarity, optimism and gratitude. Her words effortlessly spiral their way into my subconscious and leave me feeling like a gangsta of love and compassion. Highly recommend getting high on this woman’s words. X

I first read Caitlin’s book Heavily Meditated. It changed my life, so when the app came out, to say I was excited, is an understatement. This app is wonderful. All the meditations are beautiful. The app is beautifully presented and the to have the ability to set reminders, track my meditations and even get a hit of inspo with an affirmation is everything I need to live presently and with gratitude. I love this app and highly recommend it. Thank you Caitlin!

This app is everything I need from a meditation app, it’s so visually pleasing to work your way around, it has a real retro look. The meditations are graceful and calming and I love listening to her voice. I don’t struggle to get into the zone like I do with some other apps and I don’t get overwhelmed by all the content like some other apps. Definitely recommend to all levels!

I am so grateful that Caitlin wrote her book Heavily Meditated.. It has lead me on such an amazing journey. I have meditated for 36 days straight. Each time it’s while listening to one of Caitlin’s guided mediations. She has such a beautiful calming voice and speaks in such a way that you can’t help but relax and feel fully in the moment.
