To be honest very disappointed set all the parameters to go trough the app and look for talented people and your app crashing all the time and you call your self IT company maybe you should use the talent on your APP to sort it as your team cant. Waisting so much time and start again. Been crashing for months now. Yes i have latest updates.

Needs to be much more sharper and needs an iPad app as many of us use ipads too.

App keeps logging out every couple of weeks forcing to log manually as the logins never get saved. Clearly developed by the cheapest workforce available on their own platform

The platform is slithering with rogue freelancers who are not just in breach of contract but are seemingly allowed by this company to get away with seriously damaging libellous statements and breaches of data protection laws. It’s just all vile. Not one good experience on this platform despite engaging with multiple freelancers. A couple of years later of endless wasted valuable resources and am absolutely no further forward with the new business. This platform couldn’t care less!! Will be deleting account and preparing for legal action. App constantly glitchy too - gets stuck uploading all the time and only way to resolve is to delete and download again. Nothing but a considerable drain.. and will be sticking with reputable organisations in future!! This is like some basement/dark alleyway outfit. Caveat emptor!

Poor poor show all round. Identity verification so clunky, and they just suspend you like you’re a criminal, when their systems are not working and I’ve provided every identity document under the sun.

Need to reload it every time

Their messaging app is very laggy. No autocorrect also, so it’s nearly impossible to use on mobile. I’m not the first person complaining about this in reviews so I don’t understand why they won’t fix it.

advertising for a job is easy on desktop but via app is frustrating. it would not let me write anything myself it would only use what the AI suggested 👎🏼

I can never use this app since it’s constantly being updated. I use it once a week, and every time I come back to it I find that it requires an update. May as well delete and just use a PC

I don’t know if I can be considered a fast typer but Upwork doesn’t catchup with the writing and I can only do it on my laptop. It changes words and jumps back in some section by deleting some previously written words. This is slightly annoying.
