I had a over the phone appointment and was very efficient.

I saw a GP within the hour. He listened and did what was needed. Thank you very much.

App will not let me log despite user name and password being correct. Was told by customer support to reset password anyway. Still can’t log in. Now told password is more likely to work if it contains an @ symbol. Not what the password guidance says! Also told phone software has to be up to date which it is. I think they know there are problems with the app but just haven’t bothered fixing them.

Probably the best experience I’ve had, DR was extremely professional and patient, would recommend this service to everyone who needs a remote GP appointment.

Yesterday, my GP diagnosed I have a rotator cuff injury; an appointment with a NHS physiotherapist would have been weeks away. However, with Help@hand I was able to get an immediate appointment with a very knowledgable physiotherapist. Our half hour video call was thorough and really helpful. I now have a set of exercises to aid my recovery, as well as wisdom to progress gradually, so as not to exacerbate it.

I have booked for my mental health support and consultant did not turn up

I’ve used a few different services and it has always been convenient and I’ve got results. All the consultants are friendly and professional.

Really pleased with my consultation today. Helpful, friendly. Asked for relevant info and came to resolution quickly. Time of course will tell if my issues clear up but will not hesitate to use service again.
