Terrible app and trainings not suitable for beginners
The search bar simply does not work. The save feature for a program does not work.
And the trainings for beginners are a joke.
Let’s do a negative muscle up, on a full beginner program 😂😂😂 is this a joke ?
Great app
Love the app and the really good adaptative exercices. But I would love to be able to save a program in my profile for example to avoid having to look for it every time I want to train.
Useless library search
Filters and word search doesn’t work, so no way to easily and rapidly find what your looking for.
This seriously needs to be fixed.
Difficult interface
All exercises and workouts are scattered randomly, very difficult to find something classified. There are many videos like training Day 1,Day 5 etc. but all of them are not organized in one place so it’s very difficult for beginners... Hope that there will be some changes
Nice app but few bugs
Thanks for this nice app but there are few bugs regarding savings of daily workout. Once a Day is complete, it is ticked but once I go back to the weekly program, the day is not ticked eventhough it is displayed correctly in my profile section.
I’ve noticed only that discrepancy.
(I would like also a timer for the warm-up and not only the description of what is to be done proor to starting the workout itself)
Heria Pro
Just a great app, with tips and techniques guides to learn on our own rhythm. Great pedagogy from Chris and his team.
Bug in programs
I always have « expert » setup by default, even if I select beginner level. Is it a bug ?
Good but bug makes it unusable on iOS devices
Great workouts and plans. Major flaw is that the « play workout mode » does not work on any of my iOS devices (iPad 3, iPhone 6S, iPhone 12 Pro). It kills most of the app’s usefulness. Indeed, every time I try to launch a workout, the app says “ response is not parsable “ and the workout and timer won’t launch. So basically the workouts cannot be used unless you tack time and exercises manually with a stopwatch — a bit rudimentary.
Google seems to indicate that most (all?) iOS users experience that glitch and yet the app editor seems to never acknowledge or want to fix that problem... Yo guys, could you maybe do something? :)
Thanks for the otherwise great workouts!
It would also be cool to have progress milestone indications on some trainings in the app: for example, with workouts such as “master the human flag”, it would be useful to know for how many days we should pursue a given routine before going on to the next level, etc. (For the moment the app doesn’t indicate it at all, so the training loses efficiency).
