디테일하게 사용하면 생각보다 용이한 기능이 많아서 좋아요. 커뮤니티 기능이 더 활발히 있다면 좋겠어요

I’m quite passionate about workout. Been working out for several years. This app is the best and here are the features I like. - you can set the target muscle group when creating a new exercise. - you can set the rest time for each exercise. - Ofc it tracks ur record. - It shows the ratio of the load for each target group. What I want it to update - When the routine changes while working out, it has only two options. 1) Keep the original routine. 2) Update the routine. I want to update the whole routine with the new weights/reps/sets and the new exercises but sometimes I want to keep the original exercises but just update the weight/reps/sets. Thank you! I’m a developer too, I really appreciate you guys’ effort. Good luck!
If you go to the gym for improve your strength and power, you must use this app.
