Terrrible user experience. I spent like 20 minutes making a booking. Why do you require so much info from the users for a booking? Passport expiry date…seriously? This is domestic travel! By the way, app is buggish, keeps getting errors

One star given as I couldn’t rate it lower than that. Failed to register my account although I tried multiple times. Very very slow. Same as their website. I uninstalled it within minutes of installing it.

Worst experience

I am not able to login. Tried the forgot password option, no email is received at my registered email. Very poor app!

في البداية كان كويس لكن دحين بس احجز وما يمديني اسوي تسجيل دخول يطلعلي error مهما غيرت في الايميل او حطيت خيار نسيت كلمة السر كل مرة يطلعلي error وللاسف ما يار زي زمان يمديني اضيف الحجز في الApple pay

التطبيق فيه مشكلة في تسجيل الدخول او حفظ البيانات كمستفيد جديد

تطبيق فقط لحجز رحلتك لتسجيل حسابك لا يمكن للبحث عن حجوزاتك اذا نسيتها بالايميل لا يمكن حتى في الموقع الخاص بهم على الانترنت مطور هذا التطبيق يحتاج لإجراء تعديلات كثيرة عليه وحل جميع مشاكله داخل التطبيق والموقع في اقرب وقت سيء للغاية اذا كانت تحتج للبحث عن تذكرتك يجيب عليك الاتصال بخدمة العملاء هذا جيد حالياً 👍
