تطبيق الحرمين للهواتف المحمولة يُمكن المسافرين من حجز رحلات في أي وقت و مكان. حيث أن التطبيق يُتيح للمستخدم إستخدام خطوات بسيطة لتيسير عملية الحجز وتمكين المستخدم من رؤية الخيارات المتاحة في لمحة واحدة.
يتم عرض القطارات المتاحة و الأسعار و العروض الترويجية الخاصة على الفور في الوقت الفعلي و ذلك بإستخدام التكامل بين القطارات و نظام الحجز المركزي.
مسافرين قطار الحرمين لا يتعين عليهم الإنتظار لتأكيد الحجز، حيث أن التطبيق يقوم بإرسال تذاكر الصعود عبر البريد الإلكتروني و الرسائل النصية.

First time in my life I see a misleading information about using the station trolleys.
After looking for one to carry our multiple bags, we successfully exit the platform towards the main exit gate. Here is the surprise! A guy sitting on a side of the information desk, shouting publicly to come and pay the charges!!
What charges are you talking about, and there was no sign or renting fees or any agent explaining the process!!
Of course the attitude is unacceptable and they must work more on the communication topic.

اكثر من مره اعبي البيانات وفي اخر خطوه ينزلني ولا يعلق ولازم تدخل رحل وحده في كل حجز ما عندهم خيار المدن المتعدده وتدخل المعلومات مره وحده
App is not working well
I was booking the train tickets and at the last stage of booking when I entered my payment card details an error popped up that try again and amount was also charged my card.
I made an international call to Saudi their call center and after three days amount came back but almost 11.5$ loss I got due to international currency exchange.
Multi city
There should be an option to make multiple city booking at once. I had to enter the passenger details for every segment

The train a 5 star but the app is not the best!
I’ve traveled on the train its the most comfortable ride that one can experience! Economy class is great but the business class is much better!
But thats only possible if you are lucky to find the application functional!
Been trying for more then 3 hours! But no luck!

Unfortunately its very difficult to purchase ticket. Most of the time the application is not working.

Although it’s new but they’re really trying hard to make sure everyone have nice journey. I wish you good luck for your future.
Note: try to have more Restaurants and they must open at 7:00am specially the coffee shops not like now what happening they’re busy in cleaning when the passengers are there early morning.
