Doesn’t work anymore on iOS 15

It doesn’t work anymore on iOS 15. It’s impossible to contact them and nobody answer on Twitter. Very bad customer service.

Works ok

Could use some more settings, and make it so that TouchID/FaceID can actually be enabled (and allow one to save the password).

Is not recognized by IPad OS 13.4+.

The app installs, configures and connects to my university server. But. -No “VPN” icon appears in the top right of the screen. -My Medline articles are inaccessible - as if there was no VPN connected - and yes, i am quite certain the university has a subscription for the journals in question. I have tried the following. Delete and reinstall the app (x2) Reset all settings on IPad Pro 3rd gen, then re-install app. No go.

It does not work on ios13.2.2 for iPhone!

I wanted to tell you that it doesn't work well on iPhone ios13.2.2 If you can install a digital certificate in the app and access an SSL and can be used while the app is open. When the app is closed and re-entered and access the SSL web, it indicates “Server error does not respond”. I have another iPhone with ios12 and the app DOES work correctly. I beg for a solution.

SIGN IN TWICE?? WHY??

Why do I have to sign in twice?? Every time I sign in it fails the first time. That’s not it though. I have found that if I just click the sign in button without entering my credentials then sign it with my credentials it will sign me in. It is intentionally causing a double sign in and I want this issue fixed. It is very annoying.
