The switch season dropdown button doesn’t work on ipad

Can’t rewatch anything because when you tap on a previously watched show it STARTS at the end where it counts down to the next episode. And if you have already watched THAT episode as well, IT DOES IT AGAIN!! AND AGAIN!

Can’t even cancel my subscription. A real shame.

Great shows, but the video keeps stopping while the subtitles continue. Having to restart the app 3 times during an episode is annoying at best. Also the factvthat videos by default start upside down is something I hate. Come on, you can do better than this.

This is the most incompetent app I have ever used. It isn’t that hard to send an email to change my password, yet this excuse of an app is an outlier. It annoys me that most of the good animes are on this. Saying that this is where all anime fans belong is absolutely ridiculous.

I read all the bad reviews and decided not to use the app. All the issues people are having seem to be fixed if you access HIDIVE through the Amazon Prime app and purchase HIDIVE there for the same price as just the app. Now that doesn’t help if you don’t have a Prime account… but it works

If there were subtitles in Spanish I would have been subscribed but well

I just want to have a convenient and legal way to watch anime and support the shows but unfortunately Hidive just can’t seem to figure it out somehow. The homepage is a nightmare to navigate. It’s hard to search for what currently airing this season and finding the show you want to watch without having to go directly to search bar. Shows also don’t show up in watchlist from time to time, episodes that are watched don’t get marked as finished, home page not loading, etc. Additionally it would be really nice if there’s comment sections, likes/dislikes, and reviews to help improve user experience. I don’t mind Hidive having a limited library of shows, but with all the competition out there, if Hidive want people to watch anime on their streaming services, they better find a good development team or else people just going to flock elsewhere.
