Rubbish app, most of the properties you can’t book or don’t have availability. The biggest mistake we ever made is buying into Hilton Grand Vacation Club timeshares. And the buggy limited app is an insult to a dreadful purchase. Run and rescind if you can.
A nice and simple booking for a Winter vacation. Select the dates and book whatever is available and suits you. Only seconds away from total peace of mind. (You do have to pay the fees, but think of the relaxing time you’ll have later on!!!) Many thanks.
I was transferred to an agent in the US after booking a stay in Birmingham UK, who sold me a 3 night package in Las Vegas. I haven’t been able to get in contact with HGV since and Hilton Hotels accept no responsibility for them. This is a nightmare. The app is no use at all as a means of contact and I was given an incorrect email address. They won’t give me a callback as it’s a UK number. Impossible to get a refund, I’m just going round in circles. Hilton have built a brick wall around them. If you’re in the UK, don’t fall for this scam.
Great pool and sauna area. As elite premier owners I would expect access to owners lounge . Apparently not. Is this a two tear owners/resort.
Following a conversation with Hilton at Stansted airport in the uk I was transferred to HGV who sold me a 3 x night stay (was they want you to buy into their timeshare) in Orlando who said it was fully refundable. Not only can I not get hold of these idiots to book the vacation but I now want to cancel and it seems the t&c’s state that it isn’t fully refundable. So not only was I miss-sold the vacation but if I wanted to go their number is PERMANENTLY engaged. So to summarise Hilton lied to me and they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay well clear. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card company.
Not enjoying things at the moment. The website is difficult to use, the mobile app keeps crashing. So I rang up a resort in Orlando to enquire about a room, the reservations department didn’t know about room sizes so they put me on hold, transferred me to another number and they put the phone down on me! Not good ever but especially when you are ringing from the UK!
