Could be better

The app removes booked excursions before they are done. It says Viking Daily not available even though I have a paper copy! Again Viking is let down by IT.

At Your Fingertips

Excellent reference to plan the day and tune in to the enrichment lectures, excursions, entertainment and dining opportunities. A must have companion to keep up to date and co-ordinate with companions on the voyage.

Very useful

The app is easy to use, with one or two minor exceptions. It provides with quick and easy access to your account, your bookings both dining and shore excursions as well as providing you with an electronic copy of Viking Daily. As WiFi is invariably good on Viking ships the app is invaluable.

Well integrated with onboard systems. Enhances the cruise though it is not obligatory- guest services works just as well

Loving the app

Early days on our Viking cruise round Italy, my first ever cruise, but loving the app. It’s just ideal to plan each day and receive updates on destinations and entertainment etc.

Great information source

We have been using it all the time during our Nile cruise. All the information we need is spelled out very clearly and attractively.

All the information at hand!

Very useful app and gives you all the upto date information on your own excursions and others as well. The restaurant guide is very easy to use and lets you book a reservation in the bookable restaurants although we have found that they are always fully booked!

Other than being unable to access the app before embarking, which would have been useful, the app worked seamlessly

Poor app

Cannot log in despite deleting and reloading app. Viking really need to address this asap!
