Very Bad mobile app

I had very unpleasant experience. I booked hotel and got a confirmation. When arrived to the hotel, they told me that the proce is double. They didnt care that I got email confirmation with correct price. Very bad experience. Shame on IHG. Never again.

The free breakfast offer when booked on the App was not offered when the reservation was made.

I had extremely disappointing experience with IHG's reward points policy and their non-professional approach to handling my bookings. As a loyal customer who has been a part of their loyalty program for years, I expected better treatment and understanding. Firstly, I was shocked to find out that IHG removed my hard-earned reward points (More-than 35000) without any prior notice or explanation. It's disheartening to see a company devalue their loyal customers' efforts and dedication in this manner. Secondly, My entire booking history was removed due to a "system upgrade." While I understand that technical upgrades are a necessary part of any organization's operations, the lack of transparency and professionalism surrounding this incident was disappointing. I sincerely hope that IHG takes this feedback into consideration and works towards regaining the trust of their loyal customers.

The service of all staff was amazing and definitely will recommend to my friends.

Parking area is hot in the elevator There is no free cancellation option.

It has been almost years ever since the site went down and up till now nothing has been done. Please fix it.
