Connected 1 time and lasted a few hours. Useless!!!

This was the app I needed to download for my Hisense portable air conditioner. If I paid extra for my ac unit to use the app when I’m away from home why set me up with an app that won’t work? I’m missing out on applying it to my smart home and lots of different settings I can use do on the remote. Very disappointing and it’s really not that hard to update the app!

Same issue as everyone else WiFi name is his-xxx. Geez just update the all it’s not that hard to do basic SWE. Someone should really sue companies like this. Should be able to put Google home on your box if the app doesn’t work.

App says that wifi is called hi smart followed by 12 Digits but the only network that pops up is his-xxxxx and won’t take that one because of no “internet connection” no matter how many times I try to pair device it won’t connect:/

The app says to connect to the wifi that says hi-smartxxx. I have a Hisense air conditioner but the network connection is called HISxxx so it won’t connect. And there’s no option for a different network connection name.

The app worked fine for about a month, now it doesn’t do anything. None of the commands from the app work although the AC responds just fine to the remote control commands. I reinstalled the app on my phone and the device on the app and nothing improved.

Eco Smart 18k, bought the optional wifi module and it’s useless cause pairing fails every single time, no matter what I try. It does connect to Hi-Smart wifi access point, but then binding takes forever and ultimately fails. An utter waste of time.

Hi, i have just bought your Hisense Energy Pro 12k AC. On this app it shows that my room temperature is 27 degrees celsius (which I don’t think is true) also my AC is set to 22 degrees celsius. Can you explain to me how is that possible that my AC is set to 22 degrees but room temperature is 27 degrees in the app. Keep in mind that my home doesn’t heat with other devices I just use your AC.

Nel complesso buona app. La sincronizzazione i condizionatori è semplicissima.. il PROBLEMA sta nella “funzione intelligente” ho creato delle funzioni SEMPLICISSIME per accendere e spegnere i condizionatori ad orari precisi per l’inverno. Bene.. nonostante le abbia cancellate ormai sono in memoria e i condizionatori continuano ad accendersi e spengersi sempre alla stessa ora anche d’estate!! ALLUCINANTE..!!! Ho provato di tutto, disinstallare app, eliminare i condizionatori dall’app, rinominarli.. ma niente!!
