Losing connection with the internet twice a day

Cannot get equipment tied to Wi-Fi

Since I upgraded to iOS17 the app has not worked.

Been using the app for a few years now. Had some challenges connecting to new wifi router but tech support assistance was great and got it to work with written instructions and a bit of back and forth getting router settings changed. The app itself doesn’t do much other then turn on/off, change settings and set some patterns and scenes. Had hoped for more options for energy saving such as adjusting min/max ranges, energy consumption tracking, operating hours tracking (read somewhere that it does that but I can’t find it), etc. Maybe I was just expecting too much or my Panasonic PACi unit is not equipped to do that? Now trying to figure out if I can install a sensor on my AC that does do all of that.

When it actually works it’s great. But the servers crash (are down) literally every long weekend and holiday. Simple Solution: Just make it a STANDARD PROTOCOL to restart/reset the servers before every long weekend and holiday.

Works fine for turning on and off. A big limitation is there is no actual temperature display, just the set temperature.

Works to change temp. But too simple, not enough available info, such as recorded data over time.

I have a Fujitsu split unit, actually two units, and added the AC Cloud control so I can control the units and check on the units while I’m out of town. It’s been two years and countless hours on the phone and emails trying to get the system working with no luck. I don’t know what to tell you other then stay away. I would love to get them working, they cost me a lot of money…

First of all, their website is trash. You can’t even access support either signing up or logging in. You can’t call them. This used to work well but all of a sudden it keeps blinking red and I’ve tried several times to reconnect and it won’t work. Very disappointed.
