App is utter garbage
I don’t generally leave feedback but here it goes: I travel a lot. First time Hongkong Express. Generally, when you have the app (and I have about 20 airline apps, 10 train apps and God knows what else on my phone), checkin, changes, etc. gets easier. Not so, here! Cannot even log into the app (“we are so sorry”), pushes you to website which is also … Mweh. Just trying to add luggage, spend money - impossible. Sorry indeed. The whole Hongkong Express online experience - I’m avoiding them in future just because of this. What an utter mess!
