Website vận hành tốt giúp khách hàng dễ tìm kiếm sản phẩm.Dù mua hàng nguyên giá hay giảm giá H&M đều có chính sách cho khách trả hoặc đổi hàng và con được free ship cho thành viên của hãng

Thanh toán bằng thẻ

Tôi có đơn hàng đã thanh toán thẻ master card tuy nhiên quy trình thanh toán thẻ không có bước xác thực (gửi mã qua sms) mà trực tiếp ghi nợ ngay sau khi cung cấp số thẻ, ngày hiệu lực và 3 chữ số. Điều này khá rủi ro cho khách hàng, đề nghị HM làm việc với đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ nâng cao tính bảo mật bảo vệ khách hàng. Thank you

Mình có trả cái áo đơn trước bị rộng,đơn sau này m đặt lại size khác,đang đợi hoàn tiền nếu ok m lại đánh giá tiếp về cách chăm sóc khách hàng
