Uwielbiam Wasz sklep. Robienie zakupów to czysta przyjemność w tej aplikacji. Dużo kuponów i zniżek co jest na plus.

Nie jestem ze względu na wiek biegła w komputerowych procedurach a aplikacja H&M jest prosta, czytelna i nie stwarza mi żadnych problemów
Wiesza się przy płatności
Aplikacja zawiesiła się podczas dokonywania zakupu kiedy musiałam na chwile z niej wyjść, by przejść do aplikacji bankowej po nr blik. Nigdzie nie mogłam dokonać płatności /w zakładce zamówienia nie było takiego przycisku przy złożonym zamówieniu/. W związku z czym przepadł mi zarówno kod zniżkowy jak i dwa produkty z koszyka bo zdążyły się wyprzedać.

Aplikacja nie działa i jest beznadziejna i bezużyteczna

It would much better to be able to operate in English for non polish speaker. Better filtering options might enhance the customer experience
