The app seems completely fine until you spend more than 10 minutes browsing and then it becomes increasingly frustrating, constantly freezing and closing down.
try and log in. autofills to the wrong email. doesn’t let me change the email. update app. same problem. redownload app. same problem. turn off autofill in settings. same problem. steaming doo doo app.
Possibly one of my least favourite apps ever. After changing the layout of the app so now you can’t find things as quickly as before have now been unable to use the app fully for several weeks , favourites have disappeared ,keeps advising content unavailable ,try to put items in your basket to purchase and unable too as it literally tells you everything is out of stock 🤦🏾♀️ list is endless. Several reviews have commented on the same problems yet none have been fixed. H&M either fix the problems or get rid of the app
As per title, the absence of anything but the most basic functionality means I reall cam’s be bothered to struggle with it.
Unable to login on the app, can only login on the website. Could you fix this asap!
I have currently not been able to update my iOS, so I am unable to update the H&M App. Please could you make an older version available for those of us in this position. Whilst the App Store offers an older version, it still downloads the latest one. I have tried reporting this via the App Download page, but it won’t allow me. It is hindering me when I am shopping in store or online, and it is not useful to miss out on app only offers etc. Please help.
I am having a terrible experience with a new updated app. Basically I have stopped shopping as everything became so complicated and all over the place. I have tried to place the order, I am a regular client as love to get things for kids. I did not succeed. I have tried again and again. This time the shopping cart got missing and just got some suggestions to add and no way back! Is it just me get so annoying and frustrating?
There’s something wrong with the app. Very buggy and favourites not loading, been this way since November
Sat here Christmas shopping thinking “I’ve not shopped in H&M for AGES! (Which is weird, because I probably had 2 deliveries a month due to growing kids) then I logged in and and remembered why. H&M you are not Zara. The app is horrific to use. I will literally shop anywhere else. It’s just a mess.
