Easy to find clothes for toddler
My toddler has eczema and only able to use cotton material. It’s hard to find it in other store but H&M. The price also not so expensive. I just hope to get more discount and reward in the future

They will deliver you a complete incorrect item and they will ask you to return to the post office which you don’t have time. Lol you ordered online because you don’t have time to go to the shop then they will ask you to return the item to get a refund. What the hell. It’s not even my fault that they delivered a wrong item. Why put such a big hassle on your customer.

Delivery problems
When ever l shop from H&M online my parcels never reachs me and returns to the sender. Even l check it all the informations are totally correct related to delivery address.
