Worked fine until a mandatory update that my old IOS cannot install . Cannot access the code to log in or transfer to a new phone. HMRC phone lines to reset are 100% busy. Therefore the app is a complete obstacle to HMRC services. Much worse than useless.
It is very easy to navigate. Updating your records made easy. Very informative and all you need about HMRC is available. Wonderful app.
Sign in ok - but no information on the tax account page. Keeps on saying ‘service unavailable’. Been like this for over 3 weeks. 😕 It’s still the same - Did you look into fixing the problem ?
The new app needs FOUR pieces of information to sign in (Government Gateway, password, one-time use password, six-digit PIN) and when all those hoops have been jumped through it says my tax info is not available through the app. The last app was fine and at least gave me some useful information about my tax. Rubbish!
