Update Idea
Really need to be able to save your booking within my bookings section. Having to search every time I open the app is a bit of a pain.
Awful and full of bugs
Love this company but this app is awful. Put in pick up location. Fine. Put in pick up time and the app freaks out. Suddenly starts asking for the pick up location again. Jumping screens, etc. I just re-installed this app and will now delete.
Why doesn’t app save bookings?
I’d give it 5 stars if the app saved booking details after you entered them. If you have to write down reference so you can enter it again, what do s the point?
Said payment failed when it didn’t
Awful experience with this app. Tried multiple times to book, each time it said there was a payment error. But then I discovered it had put several authorisations on my card (each one using up more of my credit, which will take 7 days to expire) and made 3 duplicate bookings. Terrible, terrible design. No other app I’ve used has this problem.
Unreliable
Never got my refund for cancelled car hire - won’t using them again.
Cautious positive review
Seems to work - I put in my booking ref and email and my booking appeared, with info I need. Tried to add flight number but it said there was a problem, so will have to do on a browser. Let’s see how it goes!
Still awful
I downloaded it for the paperless check-in thinking I would be able to upload all the required ID checks, but no such luck. Seems I will have to request my utility companies to post me bills, which shouldn’t be necessary these days.

hangs up. Cannot find Gatwick airport or any location. Back to the website...
