Scam company

Every so often I get pop-ups from this company via their app which I had on my phone. I do not like being annoyed by this kind of Spam crap so I have deleted the app and don’t recommend it for anybody that doesn’t like being bothered unnecessarily. If I were to have a need that’s travel related I might have used this app again but now I certainly will never do so again. Bad marketing strategy to annoy your customers.

Keep away! Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

Booking was fine, payment was bad, 1 out of 5 credit cards got accepted. The amount changed between currencies, booking amount becomes 10 times

This company is a scam

I booked a rental 2 hours before I picked it up. I just moved to the city and I get there and they tell me I can’t rent it due to that reason. I Did everything I was told to do by the manager to request a refund or a credit and was denied the refund or a credit. Horrible customer service

In the car rental, they didn't want to provide me with the service and economybooking doesn't want to give me the refund, if you travel better look for another option

I called the customer service and they said that I can get refunded on the same payment method. But when I tried to refund there was no option for that and it forced a refund credit on economy bookings instead. Basically you have to use the money with them.

If I could give it no stars I would. They don’t tell you have to have a major credit card at pick up at air port. Then when you can’t pick up the car your out all that money. Very disappointed

Bait and switch is the game played. No response to issues, will add extras with no ability to correct. One and done customer.
