Stable and efficient
This app is super stable and efficient…. When I work on dashboards it notifies of a change within seconds…. and with the remote access subscription even more slicker! I also built a remote for my Android TV. Super slick!

Unstable. Crashing: hanging daily. Approaching junk
Some bugs and seems to be indecisive on if integrations are going to be yaml based or not which causes integrations to not work. Also the pausing functionality until an update is applied is annoying. One of the main reasons I opted for HA was so that even without internet my home automation would still work.
Amazing!!! I’ve been in IT since 2007. So naturally I’m all about tech. I was turned on to Home Assistant by a couple of colleagues while working doing a lot of migration work due to an unfortunate acquisition. I started hard core from the get go. Deployed to my hypervisor environment and adopted a ton of Zwave, Zigbee and wireless later on Bluetooth devices. Just an amazing technology!!! Thanks to the developers and the many that have been a part of building and supporting such an amazing set of tools. I’ve found ways that this can help so many things… Thank you for all of your hard work!!!!
Love this app and the service. With the recent CarPlay additions, the app is invaluable with my home automation. Keep it going!
I love Home Assistant but the iOS app is so slow it’s basically unusable.
Give it a try
Widgets non-functional. Dashboard editor painful to use. Limited features, inadequately implemented.
Just started using home assistant recently and love it brings all my smart devices into on app instead of having to have multiple apps for lights tv a/c etc my only gripe is the Watch app refuses to install
Been a home automation guy since the 1970’s…. Good product. Would love to have a native AppleTV integration with ability to display love lace on the TV and control via Apple remote…
