Apple A7 compatibility PROBLEM

This version of the app claims to be compatible with any device running iOS 12 or newer I’ve an iPad Mini 2 (A7 Processor), iPhone 5S (A7 Processor) and iPhone 6 (A8 Processor) all running iOS 12.5.7 Out of the 3 the app is only able to run on the iPhone 6, it gets stuck in the loading screen on both the iPhone 5S and iPad Mini 2

Very slow and sluggish

The app is very slow and sluggish. I gave up and started to use the home assistant using the link in safari.

App not in store of country Portugal
