Upgrades to a paid subscription are through an in-app purchase. There are 3 different plans, starting at $49/month, that are flexible to your business’ needs.
Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Definitely not the cheapest in the business but have never really had any major issues or problems with my quotes or the financing for customers or any huge issues with the website
Definitely don’t think they have the website at the level of optimization that they claimed but I have gotten a customer or two from it so far I am satisfied and will continue to work with them until I have any issues that make it smarter to switch
Awesome app
This app is awesome. Out of the 4 I’ve used this one is the best by far….its better than Payzerware , Penta mobile, P3, and Service Titan.
I’m so frustrated - they increased my rate no warning
These guys increased my rate without telling me. They have sales reps that always call trying to increase your account payment. They will triple you rate for adding ONE employee. A crucial time when you’re trying to hire and keep costs down. They will tell you your rate will only go up so much, until you ask “for how long” and you find out it’s only for 3 months then goes up another 30%
I have been with them for 2 years now. Business is good and we are growing. The increase is a kick in the nuts and doesn’t feel good.
Time to look elsewhere. This used to be a great app but now it’s just a hassle
Decent schedule app
Overall pleased with the app. Has some minor issues and customer service can be a runaround to get to the correct person but I’d still recommend for smaller services businesses

Working with HouseCall Pro
Our small construction company started working with HouseCall Pro approximately 6 months ago and it made our work processes much more easier. It included lots of features, and we are still learning how to use them. But mostly it is not hard, and what I like as well, they provide good assistance during the working hours!

Software problems have me chasing my tail
For some reason the software is merging my customers information and duplicating calls I find it extremely hard to navigate and overall I’m regretting switching over to Housecall pro
Fix the notifications
I either get to get blown up by the office adding things weeks ahead I don’t even need to know about ASAP with spammy notifications. Turned them off couldn’t even LOOK at a job without having to scroll past the app trying to force me to turn it back on. Got tired of that and turned them back on and now I get to have both spammy notifications AND have to swipe past it telling me to turn them on when they already are. Why exactly do I have to be notified every single time when it’s weeks ahead?? Make better settings for the notifications or don’t try and nag me to turn them on.
