Delicious

The arancini and potato croquette starters were amazing and our pasta main courses were delicious! Our server Lara was very attentive throughout, checking in to make sure everything was ok. Thank you Lara! Great food and professional and attentive staff, thank you Massimos!

Thai Chi is awesome

Staff are great and so is the food. Were lovely to our kids too!

App Didn’t work

I tried to use the app tonight and it didn’t work for me, when I called HSBC they said the app is being updated (surprisingly at dinner time) and they never informed their customers so had to pay the full amount to the restaurant. HSBC is not ready to compensate as well which is a surprise to me as it’s their fault if the app didn’t work at the right time… very bad experience :(

After entering email it does not have submit button to enable receive new password link. Unable to sign in.

Poor app reliability

Last few months the app keeps kicking me out. Tonight it took payment, but no order is showing.

There are no dine in deals at all anymore - zero. its a massive bug somehow related to their data update for 2021. Big deal as I can’t utilize any deals anymore. This is a data issue as it happens on other devices/platforms too
