I try to log in and it crashes immediately. Unable to use it without logging in

Just updated to new version and parental control and blocking does not work, devices are still able to connect to the next outside set time and blocked devices, I regret updating

Struggling to add my mobile router. It says wrong password😭

This app always shows my router status as ‘offline’.

Delete this app. It just does not work. Very poorly designed.

It would be nice on your next update to add the battery percentage, it doesn’t make that the old HLink has it and not on the Al Life

What a useless app 🤦🏽‍♀️ It keeps on saying I’m not logged in, I don’t know how many time I had to do back to logging in damn I hate this app

This app used to work just fine when it was the first version. After the “upgrade” to AI Life, I can’t agree to the Terms and Conditions, which means I can’t use it anymore. The AGREE/CANCEL buttons don’t work.

Out of the blue, app won’t show signal strength and battery percentage, no matter how many times you refresh or log out and back in again.

I bought a mobile wifi dongle which requires me to use this app. Ever since I downloaded it I have been unable to get it to work as advertised. It says I am registered to the UK asks me to switch my location in app and as soon as I do it crashes.
