The App does not even open, it immediately crashes.

Newly signed to this program (the first stay doesn’t count? Nonsense!). As for the App, there’s no info about the loyalty program (levels silver/gold/etc with related benefits, how to get points, spend points, etc), and very poor functionalities (e.g. no chance to navigate hotels/properties worldwide - you have to guess by digiting every time the destination...). And, one of the worst things, it logs you out every time... In brief - this is a poor app for an improbable program. Please study the competition and improve it. You’ll push users to use it. Thank you.

Trying to book a hotel using my points and the app is terrible. Why can’t I easily cash in my points?

Every time you try to use the app it forces you to log back in. This problem has existed since your last update.

I can't login using this app But my account works on a laptop. The app seems to have some bugs.

It’s not integrated with its own functions. It doesn’t track my frequent stays at your resorts. And when I go to submit an inquiry on the app your systems asks me for my email and account number, all in the same app. People - this in 2024. Not 1984 when you guys would have issued me a plastic card. Get this right!

I keep getting locked out and when iPrefer resets the password the link has expired. I have hotel rooms to book but can’t access my account. I will have to book with another loyalty program.

This App has never worked for. Never recognizes my login. I change password and still nothing. Worthless

I booked my reservation using the app and the description included parking, wi fi and gym facilities. When the hotel sent the confirmation, the promised additional services were not included resulting in additional charges of $75. This app is not worth it

My Husband and I have visited Half Moon for our Anniversary for several years. Each time time they have exceeded our expectations. The Resort is relaxing and the views are absolutely stunning. The service is top notch. You won’t be disappointed.
