This is the best solution
Reinstall if you have any issues, that worked for me. I am very glad I found this service. Take some time and read up on what you can do, i am going to sync my phone and PC, but am going to use an external hard drive to upload archives and then will delete from the drive. Being an external drive, I won't have to worry about accidentally doing an archive cleanup. I might delete pic and vids off of phone now that it is backed up, then I can back my phone up to my computer, move the file to my archive drive and store on iDrive. Then restore on phone. Also intrigued by timeline where all photos from all devices are viewable in one place. That's cutting edge.

Having much experience with cloud storage, I was looking for a new brand to go with and absolutely love the price + performance of IDrive. All you have to do if anything “stops working” is re-start/refresh the app. I have had zero issues so far!

iPhone app lacking
The iPhone app is never even close to being up to date to access data from my home computer
Crashes whenever I start it…
Please fix the app. Everything else about the service is great. But the app is essential for easy access to my data.
Don’t buy before a Google search
The program does not work on PCs. Crashes. Very frustrating. Unreliable. Before you waste your money, do a Google search. You’ll see there are endless complaints about this nonworking software. Do a quick search before you waste your money
Best back up for phones
I’ve used IDrive for over 10 years and backed up several phones data (pics, contacts and files). It has saved me many times when I needed an old phone number or pic. And the cost is the best around.
Crashes on start
This app is now useless, it crashes every time I try to start it. I have been an IDrive customer for years and now reconsidering my relationship with the company.

Always there. Always reliable. Have been using this backup since iPhone 6S, now on 16 Pro Max. All of my pictures and videos would have been lost to accidents and time. Get this service now!
