Great and easy to use app to manage and control my door locks at home

After my Igloohome Gate Lock was installed, I have no problem unlocking using my thumbprint or password. But recently, when I tried using the Access Card , I failed to unlock. The installer , who was rushing in his job, only guide me in using the thumbprint and pw access. As there is no manual provided , I was at a loss . I called the Cust Svc Hotline and Ms Ann attended to me. She guided me patiently and smoothly over the phone until the issue was resolved. Thanks , Ms Ann, for helping me , a senior citizen, in going thru the technical matters so simply. Wishing you a bright future in your career ahead.

I recently purchased the Igloohome Padlock 2 and found it easy to set up within an hour for multiple tenants and family members. Its IPX7 rating means I don't have to replace faulty key padlocks frequently. The keyless access offers convenience with smartphone Bluetooth, PIN codes, key fobs, and even Apple Watch compatibility for unlocking without a smartphone. Additionally, it supports voice commands to unlock the padlock. It also supports various access types, including duration-based access for tenants and one-time access for guests and deliveries, enhancing overall home access and security management

Was able to setup an account and add all the different options to enter the home like fingerprint, RFID, and pins to 4 different users in the app. Was pretty easy to understand and has been working well so far.

Was initially skeptical of the app was useful at all. Ever since, I played around with the app interface, I was pleased that it showed me my lock’s battery life upfront, allowed to to edit the relock timing as well as volume alerts settings.. (I could lower the sound so that I don’t wake up my baby when she’s sleeping is a huge plus). Furthermore, the regular firmware updates give me the confidence that this is a tech company that is constantly improving its product and experience. Great work Igloohome!
