Can't even sign in from an iPad.

Fist off, only an app for a phone?! Not even BELL is that bad….would be nice if one could log in to use this limited app. Better yet, would be nice of customer service could actually provide some SERVICE….1 star is too generous but I blame Apple for not being able to provide the star value it actually deserves

Rogers customer service is the worst. Ignite tv app constantly says oops somthing went wrong . Called customer service and I was polite then eventually hung up on me. I can’t stream tv from my app on my iPhone 12. Canada please allow more competition so we’re not stuck with these garbage companies. Do better Rogers

In the middle of an episode I get bumped out and prompted to log in with two factor authentication. Makes the app unusable

I have Rogers and use ignite. Why can’t we download the app to my smart tvs etc. I’m considering getting bell so I can use it at cottage and home. Come on…..

I have Ignite TV service at two different addresses. So I have two Rogers account (each with its own TV services) under my single MyRogers account. Currently, you can only select the Rogers account in the app at the time of signing in. In order to switch between the two Rogers accounts, I have to sign out of the app, and then sign in again. We need the option to quickly switch between the two (or more) Rogers accounts without needing to sign out and the sign in.
