Ordered a movie last week and didn’t watch it at first. Two days later I go to watch and it says having trouble playing then automatically deletes it with no refund……. Never using this to rent or buy again!

There’s no way to rent movies in the app, you can only watch trailers

Ever after the new update, can not find how to purchase the movie tickets, not even to see the full move schedule. What is the point of this app?

Rentals disappeared and their support team didn’t help

This app is completely useless. It’s called the Cineplex Store app but you can’t buy anything on it. Instead you have to go on the Cineplex website to buy or rent and then you can watch it there or in the app. Problem is it won’t show up in your library on the app. If you try to refresh it gives you an error.

Every single movie that uses Cineplex doesn’t work. So you buy a movie to have the digital copy and they know it’s not working. That’s fraudulent, worst app ever. Cineplex should go out of business.

So i rented a movie and cant watch on my phone. Bro.... this was the same thing over a year ago. Please let me download my library and watch. I know this app used to work many moons ago.

It’s very frustrating that the app is so glitchy. I constantly get error messages and can’t play the movies that I have purchased. I’ve never had an issue with any other platforms watching movies I’ve purchased. I don’t recommend it at all.
