Installation and setup
Please note that since iPod touch and iPad (WiFi only) do not have built-in GPS-receivers, an external GPS-receiver is required. Only those receivers are compatible, which are officially supported by Apple. Due to the size of the package and certain In-App items, we recommend purchasing and downloading the application, In-App items or updates through WiFi or fixed line Internet access via the iTunes software installed on a personal computer.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Background navigation has to be turned on while using the application; you can do this under "Settings / Advanced settings" in iOS 7.

I go primo bad I bought and said no more support
Same thing happened to me. That’s really bad.
Bad business
I paid a lot of money for this app back in 2011 onto find out that they were no longer supported by apple. When I asked for a refund I was referred to apple. The latter told me tough. Spend your money on an app that doesn’t abandon its customers.
Poor customer service
I bought the predecessor to this app, igo primo, which promised free map updates for life after an up-front purchase of €29.99 for Western Europe. As of q4 2015 NNG has stopped supporting igo primo and insists that I now need to buy their maps within this new app. A satnav with out-of-date maps is useless. They have broken their terms of sale to extract more money out of their customers, so this review is a warning to not trust this developer.

Bought maps,downloaded ,but the app writes „u have not purchase maps yet”

Крайне не рекомендую использовать для дальнобоя, заводит под ограничения и не ведёт там где их нет, логика построения маршрута заводит в жилую застройку и узкие улицы, хотя есть норма до ьный заезд😔 Плюсом, три месяца назад купил пакет радаров, он ребатоет по сей день, связи с разработчиком тоже нет

Не работает , скачал пробную версию протестировать , язык не поворачивается назвать это навигатором , ввести данные в поиске невозможно , координаты тоже , карта постоянно ищет gps , отстает от авто . Крайне не рекомендую
