Installation and setup
Please note that since iPod touch and iPad (WiFi only) do not have built-in GPS-receivers, an external GPS-receiver is required. Only those receivers are compatible, which are officially supported by Apple. Due to the size of the package and certain In-App items, we recommend purchasing and downloading the application, In-App items or updates through WiFi or fixed line Internet access via the iTunes software installed on a personal computer.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Background navigation has to be turned on while using the application; you can do this under "Settings / Advanced settings" in iOS 7.

Old buyers loose money - unfair
Bought iGo primo for ME but now I can’t use the app. Where is my money? I lot my money. It’s unfair and this does not happen with other apps. Poor management.

Unfortunately, our older Primo apps and our new iGO Navigation app are not compatible with each other. We cannot provide you with content in our new application, as it has been completely redesigned to give you a better navigation experience with new features, a more stable system and improved visualisation. Middle East maps disappeared!!!
I tried to purchase the Middle East maps but its not in the list !!!!
Why can’t use iGO primo in iOS 11
After switching to iOS 11, iGO primo required updates and it is not working at all. Provider has to support existing users who using iGO primo for long years.

I have been a fan for a long time of the products for NNG. But it seems that the new app launched under the name iGO Navigation is a way to start a new revenue stream since the iGO Primo users will no longer be able to use the maps purchased nor having them in the new app!! Shifting for Google Maps :)
