Installation and setup
Please note that since iPod touch and iPad (WiFi only) do not have built-in GPS-receivers, an external GPS-receiver is required. Only those receivers are compatible, which are officially supported by Apple. Due to the size of the package and certain In-App items, we recommend purchasing and downloading the application, In-App items or updates through WiFi or fixed line Internet access via the iTunes software installed on a personal computer.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Background navigation has to be turned on while using the application; you can do this under "Settings / Advanced settings" in iOS 7.

Install packaging in additional iPhone same I’d

Dear If I bought a package for Europe through apple app to my iPhone ,is it possible to download the same free of charge to other iPhone under the same account / ID? Thanks

Fully agree with the other criticts. Unsupportive bought software and maps is nothing but a cheat. Will never buy Igo again.

Unreliable and dishonest supplier

The program (in its previous versions) with maps of the US and Europe was expensive, yet the company feels it’s ok to stop support and cause its customers to lose their purchase. I’ll not touch anything coming from this company. There’s a lot of worthy competition out there.

the program does not work ..

I bought the cards in Europe and installed it in my iPhone X, but they are not reflected in the application .. Please return the money .. It works like a hoax ..

Worse software support I encountered on AppStore

The company has the worst software support I’ve encountered so far in the App Store. Not so long ago, I Purchased iGo Primo for North America and iGo Primo for western Europe. Recently I found out that the versions I bought, have been moved out of support a few months after I bought them. They are also not working on any new version of iOS. I contacted the company and asked to get an upgrade or discount on the new version, and they told me they do not do that. So unless you want to take the risk and get a software which you may not be able to use after a few months or year time like me. I recommend you look at other options. I lost almost $60 on these.

Disappointed user

I purchased Igo two years ago, and after the moving to a new iPhone7, I just find that all my purchases are gone, include all points and the favorites. Now I need to pay again for the same maps. No way, will use Waze.

Apdates for purchased iGO Europe

Thank you for not update purchased for 99$ iGO Europe and purchased North America iGO I payed a lot of money for those navigation so think about it if you want to buy a new version of iGO

There is no support for the app that I bought for a large amount of money, instead of supporting the igo West Europe for ios11 they have abandoned the app and all the paying customers. Be aware! Shame on you that you don’t allow all your buying customers to use the new app and just tell them to buy the new app for the full amount.

Hi all, I purchased long ago in iOS AppStore the iGO Primo North America, Western Europe apps for a considerable amount of money each. Now with the introduction of iOS11, those apps are obsolete since iGO decided not to support them anymore, since they developed a new app, the problem is that they are not willing to transfer licenses or give me access to the same maps in the new app as I had in the old ones. I contacted customer support and they answer was a polite “we're sorry" but without any solution. I’m telling you guys this so you are aware before buying the new app maps, that this could happen to you as well, since apparently, this is the way iGO do business. I hope this review helps others to avoid been deceived by iGO as I was. BTW: the competitors don’t do that, they continuously deliver as expected updates for users they purchased they app.

Ruined my vacation

Tried and didn't succeed to download maps of Italy. Sent multiple Problem Reports but only after more than two weeks (!) received an answer that there were technical problems with the server (for two weeks?!!) and suggestion to purchase a new version. Thank you but this time without me. There are too many reliable Apps.
