Installation and setup
Please note that since iPod touch and iPad (WiFi only) do not have built-in GPS-receivers, an external GPS-receiver is required. Only those receivers are compatible, which are officially supported by Apple. Due to the size of the package and certain In-App items, we recommend purchasing and downloading the application, In-App items or updates through WiFi or fixed line Internet access via the iTunes software installed on a personal computer.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Background navigation has to be turned on while using the application; you can do this under "Settings / Advanced settings" in iOS 7.

Update maps
The maps have not been updated since the fourth quarter of 2022. December 1, 2022 I have notice thetr are no maps for United States of America. When are you issue maps for the United States of America cause right now there are new iOS maps for the United States of America. 8/19/2022 The maps needs updating. They are almost eight months old. 2/28/2022 I have sent several emails on the traffic feature in the IGO navigation app for iOS. that’s not working. It does not announce traffic. I have announced traffic option set in settings but it still doesn’t work and it doesn’t let me know if there’s traffic congestion ahead. I hope someone would answer this email. I’ve been sent an email for months it seem as if no one is responding. This is very poor customer service. 12/27/2021 z this company has not update its maps in over a year. It also has not updated the app. Has the company stopped supporting the iOS app. 4/28/2022. App does not have car play support. Also, no one answers emails. Impossible to get support from their web site or emails. Very poor customer service. App has not been updated in over a year. Not even the android version. I guess the company doesn’t care about people buying it.

I like this navigation, but after updating to iOS 17, it stopped workin.

Крайне не рекомендую использовать для дальнобоя, заводит под ограничения и не ведёт там где их нет, логика построения маршрута заводит в жилую застройку и узкие улицы, хотя есть норма до ьный заезд😔 Плюсом, три месяца назад купил пакет радаров, он ребатоет по сей день, связи с разработчиком тоже нет

Не работает , скачал пробную версию протестировать , язык не поворачивается назвать это навигатором , ввести данные в поиске невозможно , координаты тоже , карта постоянно ищет gps , отстает от авто . Крайне не рекомендую
