Works well BUT!

Works well in conjunction with other apps. BUT IT NEEDS TO INCORPORATE THE APPLE WATCH.

Country of residence

The app is asking me to change my country of residence but does not offer Europe countries as an option. I deleted it.

ip16 breaks HS5 scales

Connects to setup, but now won’t connect to scales to take readings. Everything reset and reinstalled, wlan checked, defo the app. This happened with the last major iOS update; took them a few months to fix. Don’t know if I can be bothered to wait this time. Will shop around for another smart scale.

Not for UK Users

Downloaded this as its links me with Noom However none of the items it links too Ad far as I can see are available /in general use in the UK. So not for me Sorry 😞

Can’t create account.

Just doesn’t work. You cannot create an account.

Unable to register

Pretty useless app to me. After going through the registration process I was told my iHealth ID already exists. Then when I try to login using those same details it tells me that the user doesn’t exist!!

What a mess! Not happy and regret purchase

I wish that I had read the app reviews before buying the product. First, the product nexus weighing scale does not provide the range of metrics that I am used to. Secondly, the app is a mess! I entered my personal details five times to try and get registered. Then the iCloud part of it would not register. It stuck on installing a certificate. Again, the app does not provide the granularity of reporting that I am used to. Anyone want to buy a new second-user nexus body weighing scale?

Raises my blood pressure trying to connect

I have used this for years with my BP5 and finally had enough of it not connecting with my phone so changed to Omron. iPhone XS and iPhone 12 Pro max and both had same issue of not connecting. Bluetooth on phone says connected but app says not connected. Im sure my blood pressure was raising by getting stressed out from it not connecting so enough is enough. 3 stars cause the app is very good when it finally connects.

Cannot log in

I can’t give any stars to this app as I have gone through the process of changing the password ‘successfully’ 3 times but each time it tells me it’s invalid! It’s enoug to give you high blood pressure

Useless and Deleted

Cannot get past the create account and login process. Constant error message. Don't even want to give it a star to be honest. Deleted and will look for something competent
