Great app and company behind the app.
I use Indigo Parking for long commutes on Via from Southwestern Ontario. The first time that I used the app, I picked an end time to allow for uncertainties on my return. The app immediately changed my selection to 24hrs because it was cheaper FOR ME.
That sends a clear message about how this company treats their customers. Amazing.
The overall app experience is great. Thanks to the business side, designers, developers, and testers for their hard work on it.

I have two vehicles this time I was visiting our friend I brought my car where as the last time I brought our truck. I used the 6 hours free parking then I went to the app to extend my stay for 12 hours as we will be leaving at 0800 hrs but your app did not allow me to choose the which licence I wanted to use for parking. I was shocked it didn’t give me a choice it automatically went with my last vehicle I came here in my truck LS 4250 this time I am using EH990F a red Venza your company owes me $ 5.65 please email me

Don’t believe the reviews, this company regularly “pays” its employees to leave 5 star reviews to boost their rating. You guys make all this money and still can’t develop a decent app, you should be investigated for fraud

However, I did not realize that by using the app, it adds a convenience fee, plus tax on the fee. We had walked right by the payment machine and could have easily used that instead!
Maybe the worst parking app
The default payment option was for 24 hours parking ($25) when I needed 15 minutes. Not user friendly. I was able to find a 30 minute option ($2), but it wasn’t an easy find. It works but the other 6 parking apps I have are all much better
