iNethack2 is an iOS port of Nethack 3.6.6.
Original port in 2009 by Dirk Zimmermann which was called iNethack.
Updated by Jeff King to work on modern devices, and renamed iNethack2.
Initial 3.6 update by Joe Doucette.
Various other contributions from the open source community.
iNethack2 features:
· 8 graphical tilesets (plus IBMGraphics mode, and regular ASCII mode in color and monochrome)
· Touchscreen gesture controls: swipe to pan, pinch to zoom
· Customizable keyboard shortcut controls
· Hearse (bones file sharing) integration
· Works on iOS12+

Satisfying
The best rogue like ever! I’ll put the fifth star when I ‘ll see the last version of Nethack… because I miss the #overview command. Also I love using the keyboard (much faster than swiping) but I can’t use any ctrl command from there, so I’m forced to go back to the swipe command interface for call the log and for kicking doors. I know the quick action interface is there on purpose but I prefer to move and to act from keyboard because it’s more safer! 😅still this is a great porting enough to playing on it more than I played on the PC so I still satisfied! 👍🏻Thank you!
