Cannot watch a single video without paying. The app is too expensive.

Nice app, if it would update the library

Couldn’t watch a movie… wouldn’t update the library… not the first time Tried every solution available Back to plex I guess

Pitty DVD menu’s are not supported (and it won’t play mp3)

Pitty DVD menu’s are not supported (and it won’t play mp3) Technically it plays all video files I threw at it flawlessly including Bluray and DVD contents but without the menu’s hence it’s not child friendly and that was my main requirement. It doesn’t support mp3 audio files either while it can play compatible audio streams embedded in video files, this feels as a missed opportunity.

Still the best media player on iOS

Asks to switch to PRO, cannot read video

The app is neat but asks to switch to one of the pay “pro” version when I attempt to read a video. I thought it was a glitch. After all, even the free version should at least play something? I understand the required codec requires the “pro” version. As a result, I cannot play any of my video under the free version, not even a limited number of them or for a limited duration. This does not qualify as a trial version. It should be stated upfront.

Une reel aternative a l’app plex pour lire des fichiers sur une interface propre et épurée pour beaucoup moins cher par mois. J’aurais cependant aimé avoir le support miracast pour la connexion a ma télé LG. (Ps: je regarde beaucoup d’anime et la gestion des sous titre par défaut est déjà quasi parfait )

Subtitles position on chromecast make it unusable

Tried out specifically for chromecast support.(+jellyfin) Unfortunately subtitles are too high up without the option to vertically adjust. Making it unusable for our usecase
