Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period by going to your iOS Account Settings after purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the annual or monthly subscription depending on what is chosen. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you change from an annual to a monthly subscription or from a monthly to an annual subscription during the free trial period.

Great customer service
I was subscribed to instaread’s yearly membership. One day I accidentally subscribed for a lifetime service for instaread, costing me $299.99. I requested a refund which was processed in a day. Would say they have a great customer service!! Apart from that I have been using instaread since 1.5 years and learnt a lot from it. Developed myself personally and professionally with a great enhancement in intellectual development.

I enjoy it, so relaxing
Useless, basically a rip off
The content of of the sorts you can basically find online for free. I forgot to unsubscribe right a way after I tried the app and they charger $116 for a ear in advanced and there is no way to cancel or get a refund. Don’t get tricked into buying this useless subscription
Great app but have a Feedback
I have recently started using this app and it’s a great resource of books with great summaries. I have a small feedback: please allow an option to highlight or save highlighted text on my account. This would help a lot of I want to quickly refer to something that I had marked as important.
Its wonderful to read and understand the key insights of the content .

Impossible to cancel
I wanted to cancel ,,, i found it impossible ,,,

I didn’t subscribe and I deleted the app from my phone, so why did this stupid app debits my account, please I need my refund
A joke for how expensive it is
Did not expect to pay $120 for a years subscription but here we are. Refund please!!
Tricky design
It sounds like freemium but it’s not. The app is free in iTunes however cant find any free content to try out and the first step after installation is to purchase subscription. Might as well list it as paid app in iTunes?
