Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period by going to your iOS Account Settings after purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the annual or monthly subscription depending on what is chosen. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you change from an annual to a monthly subscription or from a monthly to an annual subscription during the free trial period.

Some of the main features terribly glitchy
Although the app provides great content, some features with major glitches make it really annoying to use. First, the % progress shown in the app doesn't reflect how much of the book was read at all. Very common scenario - once I open the book it jumps to some arbitrary number e.g. 20%, and that number never changes until I finish the shortread and manually mark it as read. Very annoying that every time you open the app you must scroll through the entire piece to find where you stopped. Second, and this makes the app unbearable to use. On every page where there is a scroll, once in 1-2 minutes the page scroll would jump to the very top, completely throwing you off the point you were reading. Some pieces are not divided into pages, and the whole 20min shortread is just a single long scroll (eg. Time Management, Instaread originals). Imagine reading a sentence in the middle of extremely long page, and the app just randomly throws you to the very top, and makes you spend few minutes finding where you stopped reading. Wasn't even able to finish a piece as on a long page coping with this bug takes as much tome as reading itself. Very poor experience, canceling my subscription, although I enjoyed the content.
Misleading,Cheat and deceiving
My money was withdrawn without any warning it’s misleading please return my money I don’t want any of this services
No payment notification or receipt
Although the App indeed looks good, it’s a huge disappointment to have money withdrawn without notification. And it’s super uncomfortable taking into account that the App is rather expensive! Also it is not clear what you’ve paid for with such an amount: an infinite use of the App, a year or God forbid for a month. Hadn’t seen reminders via email for a long time I forgot that I tried the App probably last year. Having revised the content, I feel like it’s overpriced for number of reads that could be of interest to me. I defensively want to unsubscribe and have a refund. Hope to get help with that ASAP. Thank you!

Guys, you shouldn’t charge your quite a high cost purchase without sending notifications/reminders, even though the application looks quite useful

This app is so beautiful and simple to Use. I have used this app for almost a year now and the impact I have received and I am creating in my society is Priceless. I pray I regain my account Inorder. To gain my old quotes
Very difficult to cancel
I attempted to sign in to this account using my email, but unfortunately, the login didn't work. It asked for a code to access my account, but I haven't received one yet. I reached out to them via email a month ago, but I still haven't received a response.
